Getting Started

Creating your account

Sign up, verify your email, and log in for the first time.

Sign-up options

There are two ways to create a MenuSquared account. Both give you access to the same features.

1

Email & password

Enter your email and choose a password. You'll need to verify your email before logging in (see below).

2

Google

Click Continue with Google to sign up instantly. No password, no verification step.

Fastest way to get started

Google sign-up skips email verification entirely. You'll land on the onboarding wizard within seconds.

Email verification

If you chose email & password, you'll see a confirmation screen after signing up. Check your inbox for an email with the subject "Confirm your email". It usually arrives within a minute.

Click the link inside to verify your address. You'll be logged in automatically and taken straight to the onboarding wizard.

Didn't receive the email?

Check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, go back to the login page and sign up again to trigger a new email. Still stuck? Reach out to support@menusquared.com.

Logging in

Once your account exists, hit Log In in the top-right corner of the site.

Email & password and Google both work the same way as sign-up. If you'd rather skip your password, try Magic Link. Enter your email, click send, and a one-time login link will arrive in your inbox.

After signing in you'll land on your dashboard, where you can view your menus, tweak settings, and start editing.

Tips & frequently asked questions

Can I change my email address later?

Your login email is tied to your sign-in method. Google accounts use your Google email. For email/password accounts, contact support to request a change.

Can I link multiple sign-in methods?

Each account uses one sign-in method. If you signed up with email, use email to log in. If you used Google, continue with Google.

Is my data secure?

Yes. MenuSquared uses Supabase for authentication, which provides industry-standard encryption, row-level security, and optional two-factor authentication. See the Account security article for more.
